Provide estimated costs, a building contract, and assist with bond application.
4. Council Submissions
Submit plans to the council, obtain permits, and submit to the NHBRC.
5. Pre-Construction
Appoint a project manager, assess the team,and set up timelines.
6. Construction
Prepare the site and commence with construction.
7. Your New Home
Arrange a walk-through, set up a snag list, and hand over the key.
